Problem
People in management do not get enough practice applying their learning about leading with empathy and are unable to bring it to their day-to-day interactions.
Solution
This concept project utilized recall evaluation rather than recognition-based evaluation with the help of a text entry field for learners to input their own answers and compare with that of an expert’s.
