Problem

An organization is having difficulty retaining their top talent and growing their current employees has proven to be difficult. To combat this, the organization wants to shift to a people-first culture.

Solution

To address this challenge comprehensively, I have designed and developed an introductory Rise 360 course that gives a general overview of what it means to be an empathetic leader and the quantifiable results that prove there is a strong return on investment for this strategy.
