Microlearning Video

Problem

Folks in management are short on time when it comes to reviewing how to best handle day-to-day interactions with empathy. In the moment, it has been difficult to apply their learnings from throughout the empathy training.

Solution

Using the same script I wrote for my scenario-based eLearning project, I wanted to provide another medium to effectively showcase the practice of empathetic verbal responses. This is where I came up with creating a microlearning video that drops learners right into a scenario they may be faced with. I added a narrator to this script to give context so that learners can rewatch the video at any given time and know what it is all about. 

  • Audience: Organizational leaders overseeing teams

  • Responsibilities: Instructional Design, eLearning Development, Action Mapping, Storyboarding, and Script Writing
